Shipping policy
Delivery time:
Once the order is confirmed and the payment is completed, we will process and ship it within 5-7 business days. Transit time:
With standard shipping methods, the estimated transit time is 20-40 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service provider's arrangement. For some special destinations or remote areas, the transit time may be extended, and customers can check the estimated transit time at the time of ordering.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the shipment, as well as the distance to the destination. The cost will be indicated at the time of checkout, and the customer can choose the appropriate shipping method according to their needs.

Tracking & Notifications:
Once all orders have been shipped, customers will receive a shipping tracking number for easy tracking of the status of their logistics at any time. We provide timely updates on the status of shipments to ensure that our customers can track the progress of their shipments.
Insurance & Indemnity:
In the event of damage or loss of goods during transportation, we will deal with the relevant matters in accordance with the carrier's compensation policy. Customers are advised to choose additional shipping insurance when transporting high-value goods to ensure the safety of the goods.
