1. Conditions of Return and Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Return and Exchange Process
Returns: Please log in to your account, go to "Order History" to select the items to be returned and submit a request.
Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the item you need to exchange when submitting your return request.
Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you a return label and detailed return instructions.
3. Refund Processing
Once you have returned the item and confirmed that the item is eligible for return or exchange, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
If the return is due to quality problems, we will bear the return shipping cost.
4. After-sales service
If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team and we will provide a return or exchange service and cover the return shipping costs.
5. Legal Requirements
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.
